About Bill & Mark Bill joined RE/MAX Sunvest in 1996, after a successful 36 year career in engineering, sales, marketing and general management with a Fortune 100 company as well as a privately held group of companies. Bill has been active in real estate investing since 1964 and has lived in northern Delaware for more than 30 years. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville's Speed Scientific School, and is a retired U.S. Naval officer.
Mark joined RE/MAX Sunvest and his father Bill as partner after a successful 20 year corporate career. He has executive-level expertise in sales, marketing, customer support and information management, and most recently was co-founder and C.O.O. of a high tech start-up. Mark has been active in real estate investing since 1983. He is a graduate of Newark High Scholl and the University of Delaware.
